What a great stop on the way to the Leazes park. Sat inside although there is a small number of tables outside as well to watch the world go by. Make sure that you order from the counter but be warned the temptations of the cakes on display take a lot of will "to come back later"! A nice and small menu that was amazing, subtle flavours and the accompanying salad was perfect. We arrived just before lunch and not many tables free with the masses just behind us mostly having a takeaway. A long queue! Staff were super friendly and helpful and it felt like we had been coming here forever, on the first visit.

Absolutely beautiful food! We had lunch here after wanting to go for ages and it was everything I was hoping for. The savoury food was great, and the cakes and pastries were SENSATIONAL! As someone who used to live in Europe I am very nitpicky when it comes to pastries and cake and I was honestly so, so happy with everything we tried here! Do yourself a favour and visit! The staff were also absolutely lovely!

An absolute gem tucked just away from the city centre! Wandered by and thought their sandwiches sounded nice - the chicken, bacon, brie was massive and absolutely incredible! Returned for breakfast and the Greek yogurt was unreal. The employees are lovely, the location is gorgeous, couldn't recommend more!

What a find nestled just next St James’s Park. Popped in for a cuppa while checking a few emails and ended up having the best toasted chicken, bacon & brie sandwich. Piping hot, tasty and crunchy, it was perfect, then I spotted the chocolate cake... This is an outstanding little spot, very nicely laid out and the staff are spot on. Will be back very soon, thanks.
